ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Demonstrate a consistent leadership example and maintain the expectation for positive behaviors that support EH&S principles.
- Implement and improve EH&S programs in accordance with the Responsible Care Guiding Principle and program requirements.
- Control EH&S risks and assure regulatory compliance through a high level of operational discipline by SLAM, SIF and other programs.
- Strive to eliminate occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Establish, measure and achieve challenging performance targets relative to Responsible Care commitment and compliance obligations.
- Act upon opportunities to protect people and the environment through responsible sourcing, production and delivery of products.
- Innovate and responsibly produce safe and quality products that deliver performance throughout the product life cycle.
- Responsibility in site leader of PSM (Process Safety Management) auditing, RC 14001: 2015 auditing, incident investigation and others that relate EHS.
- Implement the preventive maintenance program in site.
- Plan, implement, supervise and monitor implementation of EHS policies and programs.
- Safety and Environmental Report to Government.
- Training courses for employees such as Confined spaces, Fall Protection, Driving Safety, Hearing Conservation, Waste Management, PSM, Bloodborne Pathogens etc.
- Contact vendor for specific training courses such as Basic fire flighting and evacuation, Chemical Spill, Electrical Safety, Ergonomic etc.
- Working requirement of customers.
- Control subcontractors for to sell and buy to disposal Hazardous waste and transportation.
- Plan and proceed awareness activity to employees such as Safety Week, Zero Accident, 5S Award, Safety Travel, Suggestion project, EHS Metrics etc.
- Annual Environment Monitoring, Biological Monitoring, Electrical safety and Drug Checking.
