• Supervision
Supervises Facility Engineer, Technician and/or provides indirect or direct supervision over Operations Maintenance Workers as assigned
• Electrical System operation and maintenance
Supervised the daily operation electrical system and analyzed the engineering problem, Adequacy of electricity in whole plant and perform the electrical system preventive maintenance
• Cleanrooms & Building Maintenance
Work with quality, operations, maintenance support the cleanrooms equipment reliability. Leads technical troubleshooting. Implement timely, effective corrective actions of cleanrooms and buildings
• DI water system operation and maintenance
Analyzes all of the water system by using the technical skills and log data to maintain the system in high quality, reliability, stability
• Wastewater treatment system operation and maintenance
Oversee daily operation wastewater system to ensure that following regulations.
• Compressed Air system operation and maintenance
Perform compressed air system evaluations supply to productions.
• HVAC system operation and maintenance
o Preventive maintenance, tested, troubleshot, and repaired systems by identifying malfunctions and replacing parts and components. Read diagrams, specifications, drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
o Participated in numerous professional development activities to update knowledge and increase service/repair capabilities.
o Demonstrated exceptional time management skills, organized and prioritized high volume of work orders to ensure maximum quality.

• General Propose
The Utility Assistant Manager will plan, organize, direct, and review the activities of utilities operations in the Engineering Department. Manage, supervise, and participate in a wide range of maintenance and repair related projects involving public infrastructure for water and sewer, utility operations, and base facilities accomplished in compliance with all applicable regulatory operational, procedural, and budget guidelines.
• Supervision
Receives administrative direction from Manager and may receive project specific direction from the General Manager/CEO.
Supervises technician and/or provides indirect or direct supervision over Operations Maintenance Workers as assigned
• Electrical System operation and maintenance
Supervised the daily operation electrical system and analyzed the engineering problem, Adequacy of electricity in whole plant and perform the electrical system preventive maintenance.
• Cleanrooms & Building Maintenance
Work with quality, operations, maintenance support the cleanrooms equipment reliability. Leads technical troubleshooting. Implement timely, effective corrective actions of cleanrooms and buildings
• PW water system operation and maintenance
Analyzes all of the water system by using the technical skills and log data to maintain the system in high quality, reliability, stability
• Wastewater treatment system & Decontaminate system
Oversee daily operation wastewater system to ensure that following regulations.
• Compressed Air system operation and maintenance
Perform compressed air system evaluations supply to productions.
• Project Engineer
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Project Accomplishment
1. Complete line renovation for new production line area 400 sq.m. total project investment 16 Million THB.
2. Complete line renovation for new machine area 150 sq.m total project investment 4 Million THB.
3. Complete line renovation for GMP /PICS Audit in 2017
4. Complete Warehouse renovation for GSP Audit.

Supervised the daily operation electrical system and analyzed the engineering problem, Adequacy of electricity in whole plant and perform the electrical system preventive maintenance.
• Air compressor- Exhaust – Vacuum system
Minimized breakdown air compressor machine in total 27 units and manage to preventive maintenance and increase machine reliability, maintain good quality of compressed air to meet requirements.

Plan to yearly preventive maintenance Exhaust system in total 400 units and maintain the system in good operation and meet air flow requirements

Minimized breakdown/unscheduled maintenance of 37 units vacuum process, managing preventive maintenance
• Accomplishment
o Complete a preventive maintenance Oil Replacement of 32 Transformer, 2 Substation and 32 MDB within 12 hours
o Improve the transformer bus bar to prevent the gasket leakage by install the flexible bus bar.
o Complete the electrical system yearly inspection
o Achieved the CDA system installation for support plant expansion in total
