ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.Plans and prepares raw material planning, Production schedules in daily, monthly basis with aid.
2. Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet delivery according to sales forcasts or customer orders.
3. Responsible for production control system.
4. Man power control and planning.
5. Control inventory of raw material, componentparts and finishgoods.
6. Manage, monitor, control and improve inventory balancing to monimize obsolescence.
7. Analyze and follow up production scheduling and adjust parameter and production constraints.
8. Sourcing new component & material
9.Compare price of Supplier&Maker
10.Thinking, analyzing and planning everything in the department and controlling work management to have efficiency and result clearly.
11. Set up or improve the departments work system to be efficient, solve problems, develop the potential of the work team.
12. Word of conditions and contracts with suppliers to maximize benefits to the work.
13. Control and plan sourcing, cost reduction to meet the target.
14. Review the PR PO document and price adjustment document. Correct before approval Or before presenting to the approval authority
15. Create a KPI and control the operations of the department to meet the goals.
16. Prepare general and analytical monthly reports to management
