ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
o Provide routines support to production line all any concern sections.
o Coordinate between factory function, research and production department which concern to production, process and quality for team members based in Thailand and China.
o Provide support to top management team who focus on production line.
o Coordinate between local staffs and Chinese to support in functional terms.
o Be the channel of communication between Chief Executive officer and top management team by supporting the language and other requirements.
o Translate the document between Thai-Chinese and Chinese-Thai, including the dialogue of conversation in meeting or special events.
o Prepare accurate import, export documents and data such as Certificate of Free Sale (CFS), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other related documents in an efficient and timely manner and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
o Liaise with government department and other relevant agencies for importations and exportations in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
o Support other routines are assigned by Chief Executive officer.

o Advise and assist Chinese citizens - including but not limited to welfare and whereabouts cases, arrest and detention, deportation, hospitalisation, repatriation and death.
o Visit Chinese citizens under detention, arrest or in prison. When necessary, to fight for lawful treatment on their behalf and give necessary assistance, and inform their relatives of their condition if appropriate.
o Provide information on the prevailing situation to Chinese citizens in case of emergency such as natural disasters, political disturbances, wars and riots, etc., and to provide assistance.
o Notify relatives of the parties concerned and his relatives in serious accidents of the case and casualties involved, and to give consultative advice on the related matters of procedure.
o Respond to more complex enquiries relating to Consular matters.
o Liaise with Thailand, local authorities and agencies in accordance with consular instructions.
o Translate all related news and other important document from local authorities and agencies.
o Manage of consular cases, including managing a database, in accordance with consular instructions on daily, weekly and monthly basis and report to manager.
o Other duties as assigned.
