-Monitoring and evaluating social media mentions and trends on a daily basis in coordination with client goals and benchmarks
-Developing strategies and analyze competitors’ social media movement and audience segment
-Consolidating finding into useful insights and recommendation for clients in different industries (Automobile and Banking industry)
-Present reports and recommend customers about key insights from social media such as capturing content format Analyze KOLs performance based on engagements for brand campaign then compare with competitors KOLs and give suggestion on how brand can develop contents and key messages
-Analyzing consumer online mentions about product attributes and feedback in order to recommend brand to promote or launch products according to consumer trend
