Door held/ Emergency Door/ Panic Alarm including CCTV
professional-one IT Servicedesk (POS) (IBM)

- Responds to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware
and networking via phone/email/chat, and remote diagnostic
technical support of desktop and portable products
- Receiving incident or request from user.
- Analysis and solve the failure for HW, SW, application, Operation and
Dispatch call to appropriate service partner.
- Incident Support aligned with SLA
- Monitor, check and report daily system performance
- Escalate call which exceed the Service Level Agreement criteria
