- Design and Make a report as per users need on time using Crystal
Report.
- Design and visualize dashboard of complain ticket and customer
service call to assist the management team to dig down the root cause
with Google Data StudioAnalyst competitor data to improve our product/services.
- Problem forecasting with previous data for team preparing to prevent the redundant problem with Power-BI.
- Could work with data from different source and system.
- Calculate cost allocation and pricing the services of company.
- Make long-term strategy plan (3 - 5 years plan)
