- Handling and managing passenger who have connecting flight time of less than 55 minutes to reach the departure gate in a timely manner.
- Planning to transfer flight in the event of Irregularity flight. For information to ASM/SCC cogitated (Irregularity means flight delay, short connect, misconnect, cancellation, denied boarding, and overbooking).
- Servicing to rebook the new flight of Thai Airways to miss connecting flight and on-carriage flight, to allow passengers to their destination
- Service and managing passenger in the event irregularity
- Assisting passengers get on board by aircraft to aircraft to ensure that passengers can connect his next very short connected flight

1. Marine Insurance (Thailand, Indonesia, China, Myanmar, Singapore) Responsible for the efficient and effective administration
- Developed and implemented a system that assists Marine Insurance
- Insurance Policy Renewal, research insurance company’s policy and negotiate with Broker to find the most suitable insurance for company at the best price
- Monitoring Data & controlling the operation flow about Marine Insurance : 100 shipments per day
- Handling Marine Insurance claims and any complaints associate: Maximum THB. 10 million per claim and more 60 cases per year.
- Providing advice on making a claim and the processes involved with concerned departments Site survey with loss surveyors and/or loss adjusters of premise loss/damage locations.
- Attending Marine Insurance loss prevention with surveyors and/or loss adjusters from beneficiary’s warehouse to applicant’s warehouse
- Attending seminar/training to improve knowledge both Thailand and abroad.
- Advising on risk management and help to devise new ways to mitigate risks, for example, by adding security measures

2. Employee Benefits Insurance (Thailand, Indonesia)
- Insurance Policy Renewal, research insurance company’s policy and negotiate with Broker to find the most suitable insurance for company at the best price
- Monitoring Data & controlling the operation with Broker, keep detailed records and complete administrative
• Employee Benefits Insurance (Thailand) : Employees more than 2,500 (35 locations)
• Employee Benefits Insurance (Indonesia) : Employees more than 200 (3 locations) Handling claims and any complaints associate : more than 100 cases per year
- Analyzing and monitoring the progress of a claim with broker and insurer

3. Insurance All Risks, Miscellaneous Insurance (Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar)
- Insurance Policy Renewal, research insurance company’s policy and negotiate with Broker to find the most suitable insurance for company at the best price
- Monitoring & controlling stock of factories (37 Locations)
- Handling claims and any complaints associate: minimum THB. 1 million per claim and more than 60 cases per year.
- Attending seminar/training to improve knowledge both Thailand and abroad.
- Coordinating and negotiating with concerned for find out solution and developing of investigate root cause process.
- Site survey with loss surveyors and/or loss adjusters of premise loss/damage locations more than 30 factories in Thailand and Indonesia.

4. Travel Insurance (Thailand, Indonesia)
- Insurance Policy Renewal, research insurance company’s policy and negotiate with Broker to find the most suitable insurance for company at the best price
- Monitoring Data & controlling the operation with Broker, keep detailed records and complete administrative
• Travel Insurance (Thailand) : more than 50 employees per day
• Travel Insurance (Indonesia) : Employees more than 200 (3 locations) Handling Marine Insurance claims and any complaints associate
- Analyzing and monitoring the progress of a claim

5. Motor Insurance
- Insurance Policy Renewal, research insurance company’s policy and negotiate with Broker to find the most suitable insurance for company at the best price
- Monitoring Data & controlling the operation with Broker, keep detailed records and complete administrative: motor 500 units in Thailand
- Handling claims and any complaints associate more than 100 cases per year Analyzing and monitoring the progress of a claim
- Attending seminar/training to improve knowledge both Thailand and abroad
