ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
+ Obtainment and management of medical documents from
SEA medical provider network by coordinate with attending physician or
nurse for necessity of treatment in order to issue pre-authorized guarantee
+ Handling medical information to determine the coverage approval (OPD ,
IPD case)
+ Recommendation preferred health care provider which meet high level
of care for the client.
+ Participate with other provider network to respond to the client queries
requirement .
+ Provide nursing triage to patients’ condition, with accordance and
advisement of medical physician.
+ Experience and capable in assessing urgency in clients condition to
determine medical priority.
+ Answering and coordinating medical inquiries by email and phone call.
+ Review bills from health care provider.
+ Cost containment and cost control of medical payments.
+ Provide liaison and assistance to international clients, for medical
arrangements with hospitals and other providers.
+ Supporting assistance coordinator and oversea claim team if any medical
inquiries is required.
+ Arrange ground transports for clients with network providers in domestic
and South East Asia countries.
+ Coordination with third parties for medical evacuation and repatriation
cases.
+ Working with aviation physician to determine clients’ Fit-to-fly condition.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
+ 8 years experience as an Emergency Room nurse.
+ 4 years, supervisory experience as senior nurse in ER work team.
+ Specializing in super-tertiary care of cardiovascular diseases.
+ Able to provide for coronary angiograms, cardio-thoracic operations,
pacemaker implantations and more.
+ Capable of ECG analysis and providing nursing care in life-threatening
ECG.
+ Experienced in phlebotomy, IV and treatment administration.
+ Experienced in wound care, endotracheal tube and tracheostomy tube
care.
+ Trained in pre/post coronary angiogram.
+ Assistant for internal temporary bedside pacemaker in emergency case,
intercostal chest drainage and endotracheal tube intubation.
