10 years' experience, 1 year project engineer, 2 years product design and development engineer, and 7 years project group leader engineer.
Project management, Lead and follow up the team to make new model timing plan, and also communicate with the global team support. Setup manufacturing process facilities to ensure new model can lunch and mass-production smoothly with good productivities and reject rate. Design; provide machine equipment jig, tooling for new model. Create plant lay-out, line layout, process flow, material flow for the new model. Coordinating with internal and external customers / contractors and purchasing, spec checking, spec summary, concept, progress reports to supervisors and solutions. Cost management, cost estimation and cost planning

Position: Project engineer/Project Group leader engineer
Report to: Section Manager, Top Management
Responsibility :
New project
• Setup manufacturing process facilities to ensure new model can lunch and mass-production smoothly with good productivities and reject rate.
• Design; provide machine equipment jig, tooling, and packaging for new model.
• Create plant lay-out, line layout, process flow, material flow for the new model.
• Verify and control the process cycle time, output, reject rate, process capabilities. until mass-production.
• Lead and follow up the team to make new model timing plan, and also communicate with the global team support.
• Provide the efficiency of manufacturing method to achieve the company target and customer requirement.
• Make training to the production line to get all picture of the production line.
• Deliver the sustainable manufacturing STD to production line via work instruction, and all documentation. Inspection and workability check, and Assembly for Trial.
• Responsible for robotic systems, run simulation
• Create an idea, develop and expand production automation technology.
• Design and setup tool for the robot system.
• Cooperate with sub-contractors and suppliers and internal project owner
