- Oversee & Manage Overall Operations functions to meet company policy and KPI
- Verify and approve customer credit for sales prpcess
- Make the performance report to Country Director
- Purchasing and controlling stock to meet demand & supply
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to secure an advantageous terms & process
- Oversee logistic to run smoothly and efficiency under policy to meet customer satisfaction
- Process improvement
- PDPA controller as assigned by Country Manager

- Oversee and manage througout Opetational functions to meet company policy and KPI
- Establish, implement operation policies such as Purchasing, Regulatory Affairs,Bill & collect, Logistic (Im&Export), distribution and make the best practice for process improvement
- Sourcing-Purchasing/Procurement from the acquired demand & supply to meet the budget and cost effective. (By project & commercial purchase)
- Evaluate & approve vendors/suppliers/outsource under the standard criteria/regulations to meet quality management system.
- Establish, implement policy, procedure and best practice to run the whole system flow efficiency.
- OJT, Leads & guide team to work more effectively & efficiently.
- Collaborate with all management and encourage all department to maintain the standard quality management system in organization and finding gaps / issues and risk for management and improvement
- Assist CEO in all aspects if required.
