Manage the maintenance staff and ensure that hotel facilities and systems operate properly -Supervise and delegate duties. - Plan, schedule and coordinate all preventive maintenance and repair works.
Liaise with general contractors, other departments/sections, and government bodies.
Responsible for carrying out energy audits and implementing energy conservation techniques.
Provide necessary training to the Engineering staff for upgrading purposes and update their knowledge
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly planning towards direct subordinate team members.
Training to have good knowledge of all maintenance jobs and can lead the team.
Good and strong communication skills towards the staff and management.
Responsible for managing and controlling the cost of maintenance with summary reports related to what we have done fixing, changing in all areas.
Always to ensure to monitor the preventive maintenance plan to keep track and trace them properly as to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.
Work under timeline or time frame manner; ensure to delegate all the works properly to the staff.
Teaching & Coaching the staff to learn new things with proper records.
