- Assigntment job for guide and driver.
- Make reservation activities, boat, transportatioun, accommodation, tours
- Making the booking with suppliers for transportation, hotel, guides, restaurants as per request.
- Preparing tour document for guide it all concerned.
- Provide tour information to Japanese staff and solving occurred problems.
- Coordinates with Japanese staff for make quotation all booking FIT and group.
- Coordination with supplier for make contract rate and renew contract.
- Undertake any special project as assigned by the management or related.
- Main support person for tour guides when service issues occur.
