- Improve operating procedure in substrate saw and final inspection process to reduce human
error.
- Develop work instruction of substrate saw, laser mark and final inspection process.
- Prepare document about list lot low yield data of FOL and EOL process, log sheet data of
laser mark process, examination GR&R of EOL process for operator and QA IRR data report.
- Summarize IC packaging assembly yield report of daily and weekly, EOL yield performance
weekly meeting report.
- Solve problem in EOL process.
- Root cause analysis of low yield Lot.
