- Analytical, problem solving and support end user.
- Control Server Windows Server 2008-2016 (Active Directory, File Sharing, DHCP, DNS)
- Control and maintain Antivirus Nod32, Kaspersky,Thin Client.
- Installing and configuring computer Hardware Operating system and Application Other Software.
- Talking staff through series of action either face to face or over the telephone to help setup or resolve IT issue.
- Troubleshoot Windows PC hardware, software and network connection and printer problems and
undertake repair and fix where possible.
- Maintaining hardware, software for all IT equipment. [ PC, Laptop, Printer and Other.]
- Planning and control Network systems.
- Vmware
- Fortigate Firewall and analyzer
- CCTV
- IP-PBX
