1) Responsible to develop project cost analysis and lead best value option.
2) Responsible to develop a plan to achieve project objectives.
3) Responsible to resource planning and management.
4) Responsible to project cost control including reporting and forecasting of construction
5) Responsible to participate in the Engineering and Construction risk assessment process early in the bidding of project proposals.
6) Responsible to develop and own the project communication plan both externally to the client and also internal between management and project team members, playing the interface across functional teams (Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Administration etc.)
7) Responsible to project safety, quality, schedule Construction Progress and cost at all times.
8) Fully control the change management process.
9) To keep project documentation under control, ensure current revisions are updated and issued as required.
10) To manage project documentation hand over and evaluation processes properly.
11) Day to day contract management of projects with support from the Owner.
12) Provide consultation, make recommendations to the Owner to solve problems with corrective actions, coordinate all construction work and control the sequences in accordance with schedules
13) Follow-up and evaluate the progress of work and regularly reporting to the Owner
14) Report to the Owner the coordination of the Contractors field activities during all tests including the preparation for and the performance of all commissioning meetings.
15) Initiate and lead the technical/constructional meetings with Owner and Contractors, as necessary, in order to discuss and resolve the problems at site along with assistance from the main office and personnel
