ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Mainly responsible for taking care of and serving customers
-Provide variety of information upon customer’s requests
-Perform check-in and check-out tasks by using customers’ registered bookings
-Enthusiastically resolve sudden problems arising to customers
-Verify documents each shift completed by colleagues to ensure the accuracy
-Handle customers’ complaints
-Merchandise hotel’s unbooking rooms for walk-in customers
-Report incident cases using shift book
