for foreigners from Europe including OPD, IPD, ground ambulance, air
ambulance
• Coordinated with the insurance department of medical facilities in
SEA for foreign patients including appointment process, coverage process,
transportation process, follow-up process, transferring process, repatriation
process, evacuation process
• Coordinated with nurse team to update medical information to insurance
Company
• Coordinated with hospitals and agencies in SEA to provide quotation of
treatments and transportations including operations, medications, injections,
medical devices, ground ambulance, air ambulance, medical transfer
• Coordinated with embassy in Thailand to process death certificate in case
patient passes away
• Coordinated with agency, hospital, patient’s relative, and embassy to transfer
bodies or mortal remains back to home country
• Responded to call from European insurance companies and hospitals in SEA
