- ต้อนรับดูแลลูกค้าที่มาทำการจ่ายค่ารักษาพยาบาล
- ชี้แจงตอบคำถามรายละเอียดต่างๆเกี่ยวกับค่ารักษาพยาบาล
- รวมยอดค่ารักษาพยาบาลทั้งหมด,คิดเงิน,รับเงิน,ทอนเงิน ออกบิลใบเสร็จ
- ทำรีพอร์ตสรุปยอดค่าใช้จ่ายค่ารักษาพยาบาลของลูกค้า
- Welcome and build solid rapport with customers
- Explain and estimate customers medical expenses
- Answer customer questions, provide advice and prepared documents according to their treatment rights
- Prepare a bill payment, receipt and receive a payment
