ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.Develop new model product PVC leather of project Toyota.
-Receive customer requirement and specification.
-Select raw material.
-Design for formulation and process.
-Provide the DFMEA and other supporting documents.
-Follow-up the trial with a production team.
-Follow-up the test result with a QC team.
-Follow-up the feedback of customer.
-Revise the product according to the customer's comment
2.Update status and follow-up the status of a new model trial project with a sales team every month
3.Inspect raw materials incoming By FTIR.
4.Analyze product structure of cross section by Microscope
5.Calculate cost for a new model project
6.Support chemicals survey for customer
7.Support IMDS/MSDS for customer
