ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Searching new hotels or tours in Thailand for request contract rate for agent.
- Input data to the system such as hotel information, rate, make picture and upload to website.
- Up to date hotel information, picture, promotion on website.
- Support marketing team and customer service team of new hotels or tours and selected best products to
marketing team for promoting.
- Provide the team and the management with regular, constructive and relevant feedback.
- Create strategies to increase more revenue.
- Data analysis for offer best strategy with partner.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Provide knowledge about the product.
- Offer product features to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Answer questions about the product
- Negotiate prices and terms and make a sales agreement
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to build relationships.
