Data Entry: Loaded the hotel contracts, offers, and updates the information to be able to on sale on the company website within 24 hrs. or more a day depending on the priority and could be achieved
more than 200 cases / 120 points per month which is higher than team standards. As well as
coordinated and supported the Marketing and Yield department in any tasks assigned.

Sourcing Process: Worked in the team that adds and amends data, makes everything up to date, and shows the correct information to the clients to avoid any losses and complaints. Worked under a limited time by an average of 1 code per 20 sec to be achieved more than 1,000 codes per week.

when the problem of booking occurs to achieve the best conditions.
