ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
PROJECT CONTROL
- Assists Managers in the implementation of new projects and BOM analysis support.
- Works as lead of a project development team, and must to support team members achieve the success of the new project.
- Manage Engineering Change as required customer to ensure the project meets project timing, quality and cost objectives.
- Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements.
- Researching and analyzing customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintain requirements of designs.

PURCHASING
- Searching for both domestic and international suppliers for support new model and current model.
- Audit current and new supplier to ensure quality of product
- Contract assignment for new suppliers and negotiation reasonable with suppliers to obtain best terms of quality, price and delivery.

QUALITY CONTROL
- Participate in the Kickoff and Pre-Inspection Meeting.
- Ensuring manufactured products meet set standards of quality, reliability and performance.
- Conduct of quality control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure raw materials from suppliers meet quality requirements.
- Review existing process and product specification to identify the need for improvement or upgrade.
- Conduct research to identify ways to reduce waste and maximize resources.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
- Oversee the recruit and training of quality assurance personnel to ensure effective work unit.
- Manage labor control and volume of job assignment for each staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality.
- Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern.
- Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained.
- Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to customer.
- Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem.
- Keep KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI.
- Contact with the outside Lab to complete some components/products testing if necessary.
- Define inspection and test facilities and/or equipment required to evaluate product/component quality and reliability, and provide for the acquisition.
- Analysis the warranty data and make plans to take corrective/preventive action for some claims.
- Direct the program for the calibration of tools and document control.
- Report key performance indicators to the Management and other project assigned by the company.
- Manage customer’s quality issue and being business contact window between internal department and company customers.
- Coordinate with internal for analyze cause of the problem and make explanation to customer.
- Support customer audit and improving in customer point to view.
- Co-ordinate in new model phase with R&D team and APQP team.
- Leader to solve problem, monitoring and improvement production quality to support company target with satisfy customer requirement.

PRODUCTION CONTROL
- Crate process for production process control and analysis.
- Develop a method for reducing the process and waste of material in the production process.
- Calculate the production capacity for support requirement of customer.
- Prepare emergency plans to meet customer demand, in case that production process can not support customer requirement.

• Coordinate with QAS for sub-approval and product approval.
• Create and support the WI as a standard practice.
• Create and support the production of part lists for reference.
• Check the drawing (both inside and outside) and apply the control to the reference for production.
• Studying, analyzing and producing comparative product reports on the market for use in design and development of new products.
• To comply with the company's quality and environmental policy, which is in line with the quality system IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 environment.
• Activities such as activities 5S, QCC, KAIZEN achieve the company's policy.

• Coordinate with QA for supplier quality control, improvement and follow up claim from oversea & thai suppliers.
• Analysis problem and make a countermeasure feedback to customer
