- Keeping and promoting good relationships with customer

Microchip Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Is factory houses a 300,000 square-foot of high technology manufacturing facilities of assembly and test equipments for
high speed testing and IC packaging. Continuous expansion of the Phase-IV manufacturing begins construction in February 2008 to support the expected market
growth for Microcontroller product lines. My role at Microchip Technology Thailand I obtain work position equipment engineer department of strip-test my responsibility
is supervise MCT Handler more 40 lines production. The MCT Handler have IC strip product tested it will operate IC strip test on tester head machine for inspect IC
function. My role is preventive maintenance handler such as cleaning inside part monthly / replacing part when over lifetime running. The Handler assembly have
much part such as pneumatic / servomotor / linear motor / PLC or Controller card / all sensing / Mechanical movement part and other. I need to know and understand
that each part how can do it and can I fix it that when have the issue of handler. By everyday I will have monitoring the utilization of Handler also I will keep control
about machine downtime must not less than 5% of running time and when have downtime I will must to find the fast solution for handler can running soon because it
my KPI. Other than I have improving handler to high performance or high quality such as last project improvement I was did the project of Air Jacket it is air controller
between the handler chamber to mini chiller while handler had low temperature testing at -40 c
o
it must have the ice on cable supply and return between chiller and
handler but, the Air jacket can fix it issue by join high flex and insulation duct on chamber handler and mini chiller then fill air dry to duct and chamber it have circulate
in duct and chamber that haven’t ice on the cable return to supply and that it some project of me. Microchip give me experience working to much by each have
important by mainly my role will focus on PM Handler / Fixing issue and collective action / Improvement machine and Technical engineering
