• Press operation and quality control, day-to-day operation problem-solving. Work with a team of 24 pressmen.
7 sheet-fed offsets. Manpower control and management, staff training and mentoring
• Ensure that printing quality meets customers' specifications and requirements. Handover the best printed sheets to internal customers, which is the next process. Approve the final proof, color control monitoring. Work closely with QA and Sales Team
• Coordinate the printing production plan daily together with Planner, in order to achieve the set target. Make sure that not only highest productivity can be achieved but with cost saving and the highest quality
• Machines basic trouble shooting and maintenance
• Trial runs management for new coatings or new designs structures launch. Work together with R&D and
Sales team for special projects
