Responsibilities;
●To establish Strategy of production group for QCDSME for the maximum production yield to meet customers requirement
●To management strategy for ensure consistency of production performance according to production plan and Deliver to all customer and all related department
●To manage , maintain , control an optimum work force to get maximum gain with minimum cost
●To summary report of all efficiency & Effectiveness & Cost reduction per month to MC committee
●To ensure product and manufactured on the acceptable quality level with minimum cost and all available resources are optimally utilized
●To resolving any Quality of parts and product and manufactured on the acceptable quality level with minimum cost and all available resources are optimally utilized
●Resources development function which include organization development activities

Responsibilities;
●Manage Machining Line (CNC) and Assembly line
●Control and develop production process to meet the company target
●Productivity Improvement with TPS system
●Manpower management
●Manage and control budgeting and cost reduction
●Lead production team to deliver finished products according to production plan
●Set-up new implement method or new machine installation to production site
●Ensure production process are controlled to meet quality standard

Responsibilities of (1)TPS Manager (Toyota Production System)
●Daily reviewing operations and conferring with technical staff or Line leader to resolve production or processing problems
●Directing or coordinating to production line leader or concerning organization
●Preparing and maintain daily meeting(Ohbeya Room) about of production efficiency and productivity with production daily reports (%EFF , %Productivity , Loss Time report , etc)
●Developing or implementing new method to detect production problems and incressing the Operation Availability(O.A.) and productivity attentment
●Analysis data and consulting activity of corrective action , preventive action and improvement with working team
●Summary monthly production reports and on going work studies on time and assist to problems solving for making countermeasure method with production Line Leader team
●KPI breaking through operation to each process
●Supporting and coaching JIT or TPS method to production line leader team and Implementing master activity(Yearly Plan) of company strategy and guidance step by step to production line leader base on TPS basic knowledge concept
Minor Task >
●Acting in master Trainer position for orientation training course for new hire operator and preform support to training for Skill level up program for old operator with HR training course such as
●Basic of JIT and TPS (Toyota Production System) for new operator (1 day)
●7 Waste ,Cycle Time , Takt Time study course , Kanban system and Kanban calculation
●Acting in advisor for other department such as PA-Section consist of Production control team, Parts procurement team, and Logistic planning & Control team

Responsibilities of (2) Production Control manager
●Management and control the master production schedule (MPS) to be consistent with customer requirement which understands the planning parameters such as production lead time, safety stock and cycle time, Takt Time.
●Issuing and provide monthly , Weekly , Daily production schedule plan with standards hours (Total Leadtime) and standards Man-power by line and determine and execute Overtime plan(OT)
●Control and Instruc and push production schedule plan , delivery plan , inventory plan to achieve the target and company objective
●Continuous management , monitoring and improvement on production planning section which scope of Raw materials,WIP,FG,Packing process and Materials & production plan
●Analyze drastic change in the releases which affects plan such as line shutdowns or adjust takt time / Cycle time , manpower , equipment , etc.
● Work with core team to proactively manage the new product introduction process
●Face to Face work & build-up Strategy with other department by meeting room
●Information sharing for same understanding reporting process situation base to energetically drive activities aim to succeed on same business goal by cross functional
●Problem analysis with corrective and preventive action and must to Implementing TPS system into overall production line follow the objective of company
Responsibilities;
●Plans the requirement of materials(Toyota Parts) and control supplies to manufacturing department according to customer demands, appropriate lead time, inventory level and schedule. Provide the information of material status submitted to management. details such as;
●Work with suppliers to provide best solution for non-delivery or late delivery items to minimize impact to production scheduling and availability
●Coordinate with other department regarding finished goods concerns that affect delivery problem , line capacity problem , raw materials delivery problems or quality issues
●To ensure components are not over purchased which may lead to high inventory
●To monitor components are accurately received in order to be able to plan and purchase accurately and execute opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency
●Work with demand and Material planning team to properly prioritize production plans.
●Determine and coordinate with other team to ensure the requirement and availability of FG to support Toyota plan and Monitor weekly production plan
●Identify and resolve production issues by identifying the root cause of the problem and utilizing appropriate problem solving techniques
●Resolve potential shortage situations by proactively managing
●Determine and execute required urgent shipments
●Identify and resolve logistics issues by identifying the root cause of the problem and utilizing appropriate problem solving technique
●Drive Inventory Reduction with planning team to cost-effectively reduce surplus inventory level
