ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Responsible for international sales by supporting distributors and expanding sales channels and brand awareness in assigned countries.
• Travel oversea attend Jewelry Trade Fair (Hong Kong, Singapore, Italy)
• Achieve Sales Target, Follow up & Update with production department & stock department
• Travel oversea to demonstrate company products
• Regularly monitor on daily sales activities and sales progress by collecting information from oversea distributors by e-mail or telephone.
• Maintain and develop trusted long-term relationships with distributors
• Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products.
• Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes of pricing service, and shipping.
• Generate documents Performa Invoice / Purchase Order / Packing List / Certificate of Origin
• Handle sales negotiation and explain new product features including visiting clients with distributor
• Promote company's products via different platforms including but not limited to direct retail, e-commerce, social media, etc.

• Replying customer emails, messages, and phone call
• Arrange Receptionists schedule weekly
• Launch new promotions ads via facebook / instagram / website
• Handling advertising contract with magazine company
• Fulfill customer requirements
• Handle and resolving customer complaints, special orders via mail or phone.
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Ensuring customers’ satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Verifying and validating all customers documents/information based on company basis
• Perform other related duties as required
