ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Diagnose, Analyze and solve the issue in SAP.
• Coordinating with the business process owner or key user for the SAP
enhancement project.
• Writing the functional specifications.
• Preparing Test Data & its testing and keeping the end-users posted on the
status of pending request in SAP.
• Training the end-user training and preparing the training material.
• Coordinating with cooperate IT with related the SAP.
• Maintaining, tuning and repairing applications to keep them performing
according to technical and functional specifications; providing user support.

• Provide business assessment, gaps and fits analysis, solution design and
development, system implementation and deployment, enhancement and
integration, maintenance and support
• Investigate user problems and provide word around, solution, and root
cause analysis.
• Coordinate with members from other functional teams, technical
development teams and business users to resolve issues and implement
new development
• Coordinate with relevant functional teams and SAP consultant to solve
problems.
• Initiate ideas that can improve to support works and service user.
• Coach junior staffs in technical knowledge, problem investigation, update
providing to user.
