Set plan to day to line production.
Set manpower to line production.
WI ,Check to line production.
Training operator All factory process line production.
Set standard time all product and set the target all model.
KPI,5S.
Daily production meeting every.
Project improvement line production & Defect produc reduction.
Preparation of inspection documents.
ISO 14001/2015.
Responsible operator all factory 80 person/day

- KPI, 5S, TPS System.
- Project improvement line Polishing, Defect Reduction, Kaizen.
- Responsible operator line Polishing,Sticker,Mainpaint production 200 person /Day
- ISO 14001:2015, ISO/TS 16949:2009.
