o Research and development rubber compound and job analysis/solution problem/sample/test or inspect incoming raw materials as specified and report acceptance or rejection.
o Responsible in the new compound and development on process mixing/control properties of raw material before use in the next process.
o Test and improve raw material/process/rubber formula to reduce the cost of compound and analyze the root cause.
o Activity system ISO 9001:2008/ISO 14001:2004.

o Invent and development rubber formula for rubber products, conduct test and control the quality of raw material follow standard.
o Evaluate price of formula and develop rubber formula for quote of rubber based on customer requirement from read and understand drawing use for work confirmation.
o Collect and control quality document such as the record, COA, TDS, MSDS and responsible laboratory equipment, accessories in science.
o Working follow as ISO 9001:2008/TS 16949:2009/ISO 14001:2004.
o Another assignment from Assistant Manager and Manager.
