• Perform check-in and boarding procedures both domestic and international flights based on company’s safety and security policies in conjunction with international standards.
• Check passenger’s travel documents in accordance with destination country’s requirements.
• Provide assistance for both departures and arrivals as per passenger’s need.
• Assist inadmissible passenger and coordinating with immigration department.
• Handle passenger complaints.
