-Communicating with contractor and inspector about progress, delay, and issues that have to respond to customer concerns or questions.
-Contributing to planning and development of projects.
-Supporting the coordination and management of projects. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need.
-Performing cost analysis of project.
-Performing administrative tasks such as preparing purchase required, plan scheduling meeting and minutes of meeting. Keeping track of cost estimates , timeline on project and document report all project.
-Tracking and maintaining project expenditure within its budget.
-Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner and within the budgetary limits.
-Administer sales activities and ensure achievement for all products in Southeast Asia and Middle East markets.
-Coordinate business reviews with senior management to consistently achieve a high level of professional relationships with all customers.
-Ensure all shipment issues and commitments are handled in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction.
