ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Handling service for Thai Airways and the Star Alliance customers
-Cooperate with both internal and external department including passengers and airline's crews
-Dealing all occurred issues related with passengers concern
-Manage day-to-day tasks
-Solve problem in case of emergency case ex.Delayed Flight, Canceled Flight
-Take care of passengers who need special service ex. VIP passenger ,sick passenger ,elderly passenger ,child passenger ,illegal passenger
-Prepare relevant documents and equipments
-Comply passenger service with safety and security
-Perform the best service to impress the customer
