Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
● Handle in a timely by professional manner of admission enquiry: in person, email,
website, and telephone
● Finds ways to increase/ maintain students number for the low admission season
● Weekly report on the number of visitors/ new admissions and regular students
● Make appointment/ take care of visitors on arrivals/ conduct school tours and follow up
the visitors after the school visit
● Make appointment for the assessment with parents, facilitate on the test date from the
first appointment until payment
● Advise parents and students for processes after accepted
● Accomplishes teams job results by coaching, counseling, planning, monitoring, and
appraising job results
● Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work
