• Rearranged and revised incorrect data
following the company's policies
• Bound stores with QR-id for scanning
payment
• Analysed and solved issues depended on
customer needs
• Trained some new hires (full-time and temp)
to perform same direction before onboarding
merchants on platform
• Supported and coordinated with other
departments that had involved with the same
project
