2.จัดทำการจองห้องพักและตรวจสอบข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องภายในระบบ
3.ดูแลจัดเก็บงานเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4.ตอบคำถามลูกค้าทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษจากช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น อีเมลและโทรศัพท์
5.จัดทำใบเรียกเก็บเงินกับลูกค้า(invoice)
6.ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
