Head of pre-opening team to operate and running the First Luxury Boutique Tent and Café in Rawai, I had been supported vision and business roll of the owner, reaching the company target. I was the consultant for supporting the room division and F&B team in order to assist them to set up work procedure and system. Also, briefing all associates to ensure that everyone can understand and do in the equivalent way. In the meantime, I was also completing job routines and resolve all daily incidents and problems.

First year of work I was one of pre-opening team in position of Night Manager who in charge instead of General Manager and taking care of night shift tasks. After that, I was relocated to be Duty Manager responsible for front office and support the reservation team and getting promotion to be Assistant Manager taking care overall of the hotel incidents and in charge when Front Office Manager out of the office. Mainly, looking after in operation team to provide satisfaction services to customers, handling complaint and help to coordinate with other property in any matters concerning to guest satisfaction.
