ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Conduct Crew-Manpower each month to achieve the highest level of productivity and resource utilization compliant with short-term and long-term plan of Annual Budget.
• Under operations control requirements, prioritize relevant tasks and assign them to team members accordingly.
• Demonstrate how to use program-functions and share knowledge according to operation manual and guidance.
• Generate report from the Citrix – CMS (Manpower management and control system) for relevant departments as required.
• Keep record of output in a form of data statistics and graphical report, mostly Excel, for the purpose of planning and potential improvement such as Productivity or Operating Block-hours.
• Provide KPI reports and evidences on Manpower& Productivity.
• Create presentation, PowerPoint, on JDJS- Manpower workforce and other required or useful subjects.
• Support and assist Department Representatives during IOSA Audit with documents, data statistics and system processes.
• Be a representative in BCM-business continuity management in order to ensure effectiveness for Operations.
