Conduct Crew-Manpower each month to achieve the highest level of productivity and resource utilization compliant with short-term and long-term plan of Annual Budget.
Under operations control requirements, prioritize relevant tasks and assign them to team members accordingly.
Demonstrate how to use program-functions and share knowledge according to operation manual and guidance.
Generate report from the Citrix CMS (Manpower management and control system) for relevant departments as required.
Keep record of output in a form of data statistics and graphical report, mostly Excel, for the purpose of planning and potential improvement such as Productivity or Operating Block-hours.
Provide KPI reports and evidences on Manpower& Productivity.
Create presentation, PowerPoint, on JDJS- Manpower workforce and other required or useful subjects.
Support and assist Department Representatives during IOSA Audit with documents, data statistics and system processes.
Be a representative in BCM-business continuity management in order to ensure effectiveness for Operations.
