Preventive maintenance (PM) & Corrective maintenance (CM): to stabilize the machine and system including the air-conditioning, electric, sanitary and pool system in good condition by following the task of maintenance from the machine recommendations.
M/E Installation: to install the equipment such as main cable, branch cable, MDB, lighting, automatic shutter, air conditioning, pumpling and so on. This extra work will be requested by the building owner with the extra charges.
Building Operation & Safety: Routine building operations is set up and controlled to support the business operation such as lighting control, temperature control, water distribution, fire protection system, electric distribution and so on.
