ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Organize and fulfill engineering team to support operation.
• Preventive maintenance (PM) & corrective maintenance (CM) including laundry machines, boilers, wastes water treatment, water treatment, air conditioning, air compressors, building structure, and electric distribution system.
• Follow up repair request from each department including progress of work order, and spare part waiting.
• Find the appropriated solution for the repair and maintenance by comparing time and cost of repair.
• Create and launch the project for operation improvement and energy efficiency project.
• Evaluate & update department and staff’s KPI to find the new challenge in the work place.
• Train the staff in any issue including engineering skill and safety.
• Guild team in appropriated direction and right attitude for their work place.
• Budget planning for maintenance expense and necessary spare part.
• Communicate with other HODs to hear the feedback and give solution.
• Coordinator for any standards request such as Earth Check, 5S and so on.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Preventive maintenance (PM) & Corrective maintenance (CM): to stabilize the machine and system including the air-conditioning, electric, sanitary and pool system in good condition by following the task of maintenance from the machine recommendations.
• M/E Installation: to install the equipment such as main cable, branch cable, MDB, lighting, automatic shutter, air conditioning, pumpling and so on. This extra work will be requested by the building owner with the extra charges.
• Building Operation & Safety: Routine building operations is set up and controlled to support the business operation such as lighting control, temperature control, water distribution, fire protection system, electric distribution and so on.
