Maintenance’s responsibility
1.Prepare and Control Yearly budget for Preventive Maintenance.
2.Prepare and Control Preventive Maintenance Plan for daily, monthly and yearly.
3.Monitor and Control Spare parts.
4.Monitor and Control Electricity using in plant (Energy Conservation)
5.Mointor and Control KPI to achieve targets.
6.Manpower planning and managing.
7.Coaching and training Technician related to Preventive Maintenance.
8.Coaching and training Technician related to Robot’s programming.

Production’s responsibility (Laser cut, Bending,CNC)
1.Manage and maintain production capability following master production schedule.
2.Monitor and Control KPI to achieve targets.
3. Quality control and Defect reduction by using QC 7 tools.
4. Establish check sheet for tooling what use in production process.
5. Kaizen, Production process and productivity improvement.
6.Motivate 5S activity in department.
7.Motivate Safety workplace in department.
8.Motivate Energy conservation in department.
9.Motivate activities of Loyalty & Organizational awareness.
