C. Monitor and responds to Security department system (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control)
D. Monitor and responds to Master keys system in general
E. Assure safety and security of the hotel, guest, staff and their belongings.
F. Prevent pilferage, loss and theft of hotel property such as: consumable goods equipment or pats ofand any kind of supplies.
G. Prevent the entry of unauthorized and or undesirable persons into hotel premises.
H. Patrol and conduct surveillance of hotel premises, points of entry, exit and persons if required according to security policies.
I. Receive, store, issue and account for security materials, equipment and accessories, tools, office supplies, etc.
3. Develop, recommend, implement and control preventive measures and operations so as to increaseefficiency, reduce costs, effect work simplification methods and techniques.
4.Advise of any unusual of irregular activities in the hotel and or activities of staff, guests or any otherpersons not confirming with existing hotel and or government regulation, policies or procedure.
5. Pay particular attention to and carry out investigations of all cases involving any safety security hazards,pilferage, loss, theft, accidents, disputes, fights and any other irregularities.
6. Complete reports of such investigation and forward them to your superiors with recommendation.
7.Provide adequate security for money transactions and transfers within hotel premises.
8.Keep close liaison with local police, and other government authorities on matters of cases such as vices,gambling and or theft committed within the hotel premises and special security arrangements forcertain events and functions.
9.Handle for investigation report and notify to Management for acknowledgement.
10.Prepare the annual budgets of the Security Department
11.Keep informed of all activities within Security department
12.Make regular inspection tour throughout hotel premises.
13.Participate activity in special committees and hotel organization in accordance with existing policies,and enforce all rules, regulations, policies and decisions set by such in-house organizations.
14.Ensure that all reporting, assignment controlling administrative procedures and policies in force andstrictly adhered to.
