- Received the customer fix request from Customer Service team
- Ask technician team for fix solution
- Estimate material cost and labor cost of the fix solution
- Set the fix solution material specification and quantity for sending to
Vendor team for procurement
- Negotiate and inform the material specification, quantity and labor cost of
the fix solution to contractors or technicians
- Create the fix solution quotations and send to Customer Service team
- Answer the questions about the quotation to customers
