ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement purchase orders to suppliers for material and Equipment (Local and Overseas)
2. Monitor warehouse concerns (over/ under inventory, and space), inbound & outbound cost for reporting the management level
2.Monitor and Control Import raw material plan and production plan
3.Monitor and management risk of shortage, slow moving, dead stock and excess inventory
4.Define Min-Max, safety stock level by product / SKUs and define replenishment rules (frequency, min ordering quantities)
5. Monitor stock control and prepare report which accurate corresponds with daily actual movements
6. Manage and Control Production Process according to company target and performance
7. Plan production schedule by following company’s strategy and branch request
8. Manage raw materials to support branch and production line
9. Prepare data support for monthly meeting.
10. Operate process optimization (Productivity, Accuracy)
11. Monitor and Manage review KPI monthly
12. Ensure relevant the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Work Instructions (WI) are being maintained and updated.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall warehouse, logistics, inventory and transport operations
2. Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operation
3. Verify inventory and stock control document for daily actual movements.
4. Collaborate and facilitate concerned department such as sales, procurement and accounting regarding delivery to meet request.
5. Coordinate with suppliers or service providers to ensure that all orders are delivered on time with good quality and quantity
6. Responsible for right and timely allocation & replenishment of apparel stock to stores for both normal and promotional trade activities.
7. Control availability of space and preparing storage plan to accommodate Received stock.
8. Monitor cycle process in the Warehouse function.
9. Lead physical counts
10. Summary daily, weekly and month for the management.
11. Perform data entry to adjust and maintain inventory in SAP
12. Develop and train all Warehouse staff to be efficient and effective in Warehouse operations.
13. Any Other duties as assigned
