ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Prompt respond to general inquiries from customers, staff and international suppliers via telephone, mail and email
- Following up order/report/sample feedback/shipment weekly&monthly and report directly to the office manager
- Make a decision to help solve and move the progress forwarding where possible
- Maintain up-to-date all information of orders, pending order, sale figures in Excel (40-50 orders per month, 150 – 200 end customers, 6- 9 types of product, more than 250 items per product type)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping procedures regarding custom clearance, transportation and shipping documents
- Calculate the price quotation by comparing existing price versus a market price at a time
- Planning the Annual Sale forecast based on current market situation to ensure timely delivery of goods from the production line
- Proceed the system procedures through CRM, SAP, NAVISON and Targit
