ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Works closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL vendors and regulatory function to ensure timely shipment and delivery of supplies for sales and exceeds customer service level target
Monitor and control proper inventory level, service level, performance of toll manufacturers and other major KPIs of Consumer Health supply management.
Prepare raw data for monthly report on key statistics of supply management activities
Liaises with the provider with regards to annual stock take, cycle count and disposal of write off stocks
Facilitate and coordinate for redressing and any related process with warehouse
Coordinates with freight-forwarders and other external vendors to have support that their respective services support the business as per contract.
Negotiates with the vendors on delivery and other contract terms in order to obtain the best products or services in accordance to requirements
Monitor incoming shipment and preparing the documentations conforming with the Thai FDA regulatory requirements
Support business to get the appropriate documents such as COA, COC
Process for any local payments coordination with accounting team for Customs duty, Customs broker fee.
