ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Job description :
1 In charge manage team for TOH operation & TOH preventive maintenance work & factory vehicles.
2 In charge and manage team for TOH preventive maintenance work.
3 Lead a team of boiler crews to preventive maintenance of TOH.
4 Responsible for engineering support of TOH and troubleshooting issues and the small and big capital projects.
5 To monitor and to ensure all worker and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently for TOH unit.
6 To plan, implement, monitor and check on all maintenance relate matters for TOH unit.
7 To supervise work progress of boiler crew.
8 Coordinate with Purchasing Department to ensure material and goods ordered are delivered or available at time.
9 In charge daily biomass fuel consumption plan, daily biomass fuel consumption record & diesel consumption records.

Project and work responsibility :
1 Installation thermal oil heater (Boiler) to manage manpower for installation boiler and PM boiler
2 Prepare procurement documents for project boiler installation.
3 Prepare document work and plan daily, week for PM checklist and maintenance vehicles.
4 Prepare document work and plan daily, week for PM checklist of Boiler.
5 Prepare drawings for contractors to bid and check.
6 Follow up contractor work in boiler and Inspect the contractor's work after the work is delivered.
7 Manage additional project for operation and PM boiler. And manage team to fabricate and install work of various projects of department.
8 Document work of PR, PO and purchase of equipment for operation and PM boiler.
9 Follow up and manage contractor for project thermal oil piping of boiler and others project of thermal oil heater system

5. สรุปปัญหาหน้างาน Deflect เพื่อหาวิธีแก้ไขปัญหา
6. วิเคราะห์ สรุป และรายงานสาเหตุและผลของการซ่อมบำรุงต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
7. วางแผนงาน PM/CM เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเครื่องจักร
8. วางแผนและกำหนดการทำงานของทีมงานช่างซ่อมบำรุง
9. วางแผนงาน Shut Down ประจำปี ร่วมกับหัวหน้าแผนกซ่อมบำรุง
10. เก็บข้อมูลประวัติการซ่อมของเครื่องจักร
11. ร่วมกิจกรรมระบบคุณภาพ ISO9001
12. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมายงาน
