● Verify process of Aseptic & Frozen, Canned &Dried fruit, Implement and monitor QA statistical control to ensure all processes are in compliance with standard.
● Monitor GMP, HACCP, BRC and Halal system to ensure that all routine activities are in line with quality and food safety standard and handle the validation, traceability and mock recall testing.
● Coordinate the response of complaint for corrective action and prevent customer complaints by meeting relevant agencies to find the cause corrective action and preventive action.
● Chemical analysis of BOD, COD, TD and Hardness of water.
● Follow up status and report abnormal incident in process, potential problem analysis.
● Evaluate and improve QC/QA function.
