- Sourcing & procures material and equipment to cater to project need.

- Issue the purchasing requisition and purchase order.
- Internal quality system auditor (Production & Process audit).
- Provides purchasing activities reports to management.
- Participates in vender qualification and problem resolution with venders.
- Executes of purchase orders, follow up, delivery, quality and cost control.
- Manages vender to improve quality, delivery and service performance.
- Cost down project.
- Monitor & inventory control of spare part & tooling.
- Control safety stock.
- Follow up on time delivery from vender.
- Vender sourcing.
- Vender evaluation.
- Negotiation on credit term extension, discount from vender.
- Receiving, Checking, Recoding, handling of all spare part.
- Control delivery to need date 95%.
- Monthly stock checking of Tooling & Spare part.
- Prepare monthly report & KPI.
- Coordinate with Q.A, Marketing, and Vender.
- Other work assigned by manager.
