ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
(Operation)
Lead team to achieve Budget Target Sales
Manage overall cost including waste, labor cost and materials
Develop and implement procedures, control systems for maintaining hygiene and quality
Standards
Work Closely with GM and Management Team to set policies, procedures, systems and Promotion
Co-ordinate with Warehouse, Production, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing and Human Resource
(Training)
• To developing new product food & beverage
• To assisting planning, track and implement training and development programs.
• To assisting prepare and produce cost-benefit analysis of all training and development programs and materials.
• To assisting management of all costs and spending related to training and development.
• To assisting development and design of appropriate, cost effective and easy to use training materials.
• To monitoring and implement all training programs and materials.

• Developed Team Member to new position (hourly promote to barista = 2,Barista promote to supervisor 5 = ,Supervisor promote to ASM 2 )
