ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Improve production efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, and equipment/ layout. Remove waste from the processes.
-Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training.
-Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
-Generating production documentation such as work instructions, addition information for assembly line.
-Monitoring and control documents of production line of each process.
-Control working area to be cleaned and safety work place.
-PPAP and TAI audit support.
-Monthly meeting for improvement productivity and quality.
-Manage manpower absent/leave, OT, recruit new operator to support according to production plan.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Calculate and provide all equipment for production new project and current project (fixture, assembly board, test adapter, helping too s) and order.
-Order testing program for checking wiring harness.
-Install test program for check wiring harness (make pins).
-Contact with local supplier according to install new production line, relocation, modify fixture, plate check fuse, tools local etc.
-Coordinate with trainer, technician and project coordinator in case of launce new project.
-Update BBSL (Material list on assembly board) after launched new project.
-Improve conveyor line (put the layout for new project).
-Contact logistics receipt equipment (fixture, adapter, helping tools, machine ).
-Contact financial order and good receipt equipment (SAP).
